A. Hello dear parent! By this age the maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Include green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
