Hello. My daughter is 1 month 16 days old. Her birth weight was 2.9 kg. Right now she’s 3.9 kg. She was an IUGR baby with AC at 5th centile. Is this weight gain low? My doc said it’s on the lower side. I am worried.

A. Namaste Mom, Normally also monthly weight gain is expected in range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months almost double their birth weight
