Once baby complete six month you can start with plain ragi porridge, vegetable purée, fruit Purée.avoid cerelac.give home-made fresh food which is best for a good growth and immunity. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
