Hello My daughter had light fever from afternoon I gave her madicin and she quite active but after 11 the got 2 high and reached 102.1 temprature and she shivering kindly pls assist me what to do

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if regquired like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficival too to bring the temperature down .
