Q.

Hello...my daughter got fever since morning...I gave her ibugesic at 1:30 pm n her fever came down..till night her temperature was normal..but again by 9 she started looking sick n warm...n now at 1am I gave her ibugesic..it started with running nose yesterday... what can be the reason of fever coming back after ,8-9hrs

A. ibugesic was recommended by the doctor.. after giving her 1 dose..I contacted him and he asked if fever doesn't come down come to show me by evening...but till 9pm she was normal n playful...also her temperature was around 98.8 at that time...but by 12 she felt hot and temperature was 99.3...so I gave her ibugesic again...like almost after 12hrs I gave her

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 years old and she has a fever which got reduced with ibugesic plus syrup but again she got the fever and runny nose so give her 5 ml syrup mostly a viral infection

A. Hello ma’am ibujesic is not a medicine that you have to keep repeating. It is normally given once if the fever is high and after that eight hours later you can give normal medicines like paracetamol or whatever you are giving to the child and if you have given this medicine already once again then take your child. to the paediatrician tomorrow. For a proper checkup and a proper course of medication for fever
