no it not okay.
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination..
kids sometimes get their milk teeth by birth or within a month after birth..these are usually extra teeth

baby have teeth..
it is exclusively breast feed recommended for six months
always burp after feed
don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed
