hello my daughter avni she continues facing some could cough and fever I mean in every month almost we have to consult to doctor. can you please suggest any immunity booster for her or what I can do for her

catching infection again and again is due to low immunity.
give healthy and nutritious diet and include food like ornages Amla, haldi milk, garlic,almonds , lemon etc in diet to increase immunity.
get ur kid vaccinated well on time to increase immunity.
u can start giving chawanprash
