Q.
Hello, My daughter Anika has 4 year 1 month old. On 15th night suddenly she started vomiting, stomach ace and fever. At that time we given her Meftal -spas 5 ml and next morning paracetamol. Fever has gone but from today morning she is complaining about her stomach pain so we have given again the same medicine to her. Please guide

it happens because of Indigestion or bacterial Infection.
so please keep your child well hydrated
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy,oily spicy food and bakery food items.
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
