As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting foods and feeds, passing adequate urine, no blood or foul smell in the stools, baby not showing any discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
