Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can hstart with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up t byill at least three meals in a day

U Also can give porridge to your child on regular basis apart from that you can make different varieties of Suji like Halwa Upma Kheer also you can make different varieties of out of oats ragi quinoa all kind of vegetable purees fruits you can give in the same form these are the kind of things you can give to the child apart from what you are giving and the consistency has to be semisolid only
