hello ...my child is 4 .5 year old and I was thinking of changing the salt we use..is it fine if we switch from regular iodine tata salt to sendha namak.. is giving sendha namak to kid finee??

A. Hello mom yes it is prefectly fine their is no issue at all on that you can change and any time sendha salt is always preferrable and you can use it
