Hello my child is 2.5 yrs old girl, shez very thin very fussy for eating please suggest proper diet chart & weight on average

A. well there you got a good answer to follow. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

A. Hi dear mom 2 years weight (10-12) kgs 3 years weight is (11-13) kgs. Give three proper meals in a day. Include two snacks in between. Include some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese banana shake potatoes rice etc for weight gain
