Hello, my boy is not eating properly,also vomit dal rice(lunch) and his potty Colorwala is grey and very smelly, please suggest the reason and remedy to fix this

A. the colour of the stool in the baby ranges from yellow to green appending on the type of feeding if it is smelling there can be chances of in digestion or infection also neopeptine drops 1 ml 2 times a day
