hello..! my boy is 2 year's 3months completed he can't call anyone by using relation or any sounds but he can see my mother speaks her self ammama (grand mother) sometimes he can give water bottle to me speak water and he can give underwear speak drawer (underwear) and he can give key speak key like that he can speak some words that daily what we can tell he can see cow he shout hey...goo... like that he can speak many words is it speech delay....?? developmental delay...?? or autism....??
