hello my boy 20 months old has red rashes on his face I m worried wht shd I apply any remedy

Maintain hygiene
Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Stay hydrated
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
