Q.

hello, my baby will now complete his 1yr in few days. 2 months back to make him sleep through the night i stopped night feeding. he used to take breastfeed only in the afternoon. but later gradually he stopped demanding for that also. so breastfeeding stopped completely. but i want to resume it. is it possible now? and will it be a good idea?

A. usually night feeding sessions should be continued if you wanna continue breastfeeding feed more frequently for more production. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. When You already quit breastfeeding then it would be very difficult for you to re-lactate and as of now why did you suddenly want to start feeding again because once you start feeding it would not run there will be no surety that it is going to resume and also your child is going to like it so just continue with regular
