Q.

Hello.my baby was IUGR asymitric low birth weight baby(2kg).after 2 months 15 days she reached to 3.5 kg only.she is looking very small.how to gain baby weight and her abdominal circumference was very small.When IUGR baby abdominal circumference was increased like normal babies please advice me.

A. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day. start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements

A. It’ll We absolutely the same with the growth of the child should not worry about it as of now as of now I would just like to save the charges of increasing proper weight and you should consult your doctor start giving formula feeding as well to the child
