Hello! My baby was born underweight , she is now 2yr and 8 mnths . She is still not gaining weight properly? What food should i include in her diet for weight gain?

A. Dear mum, for weight gain, you can give eggs and non veg foods like fish, meat, chicken. Add ghee to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese, butter. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
