hello my baby was 4 months old ....she take mother's milk only...today she poops some red small clots in her stool is this anything serious.....today she pass the motion 2 times morning and evening....the motion picture is attached here

A. okay no problem since the baby is exclusively on mothers milk if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
