Hello my baby teeths upper white layer was left out why is this happened ? and what is the solution for this problem?

A. Brush the teeth of your child properly maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing two times in the day you can use Himalaya to toothpaste that’s good for the teeth of your child so you can use it two times in the day still if your face the problem consult a paediatrician
