Q.

#asktheexpert the front upper teeth of my child has started breaking and are damaged. some yellowish layer is seen on thise four teeths. pls suggest the possible reason n solution

A. Improper brushing, eating unhealthy and sticky food like chocolate chips biscuits, night feeds are the reason for cavity, stains and deposits. visit a dentist and get proper treatment done .

A. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies. so please visit your pediatrician or dentist for once. brush your child's teeth with low flouride toothpaste twice in a day. avoid giving processed,sticky , sugary food. keep your child well hydrated. offer calcium rich food like ragi,nuts, Dairy products etc to your child. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
