hello my baby's stomach has got tight ! i think he is unablr to take burp or release gases! is colid aid drop useful? if yes... what should be the dosage?

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi Colic aid drops sare used to relive gas & colic pain It has to be taken before the feed. 5 to 1p drops should be given in a day for baby less than 6 months.
