hello! my baby is suffering from nausea vomits abdomen pain from yesterday.today i went to hospital bcz he was having high fever 102 .and can't walk becuz of thigha and knees pain so doctor gave medicines for nausea ,fever ,cold and antiobiotic he said he s having viral fever .should I use antiobiotic? bcz I have been used many times before .
