Hello my baby is suffering from fever which drop should i use

Calpol you can use for your child this is going to be good you can give five drops every six hours after taking the temperature and within 72 hours of continuous medication if the fever doesn’t subside completely then in that case I’m going to recommend you to consult your doctor for further assistance please
