hello, my baby is pre term baby. after 7 days he will be 5 months old.. should I give him food ? is it safe to give food to a 5 month old baby?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, it is not safe to give food to a 5 months old baby. you should introduce top food only after completion of 6 months. introduction of top food before 6 months complete can increase the risk of infection.
