hello My baby is now 6 yrs and 6 months old. His body weight is 40 kg and he is approx 106 cm .I am worried about his continuous increasing body weight. I am worried guide me

Ma’am you should get your child check for thyroid and check what kind of food is your child maintaining with your child eating a lot of junk food sweets and all because that maybe the reason sometimes it could be due to being thyroid positive and sometimes it could be due to some other issue you’ll have to check with your doctor on that
