hello, my baby is having rashes on fingers from the last 4 days and itchy, it's not spreading. we haven't changed any food and soap[baby dove soap] and lotion[baby dove lotion]. what's the reason for it? which ointment should we use?

It’s not a rush it is an allergy or an infection that is building up it’s important for you to have a proper check up with your paediatrician because without that you cannot come to know what is the problem and without that a solution cannot be provided with important to consult your doctor a SAP
