hello my baby is becoming very lean.. her weight is 9.8kg now.. I want to increase her weight.. she is very active but I want her to become lil chubby.. thank you

A. To increase the weight of baby, it is important that you include protein and fatty foods in her diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, banana, sweet potato, avocado, eggs in different forms, chicken, fish, milkshakes with dry fruits, cereals, legumes and 500-600 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep her well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
