Hello my baby is almost turning 3 months! today while burping he spitted a dark brownish discharge. This was the first time . is this a concern??? pls help

A. Namaste Mom Normally the reflux action occurs and the baby spits out the feed , but if this repeats and has a strong odour, observe the motion as well too
