hello my baby is 7 month old today I am totally confused about the diet chart for my baby ...canu plz suggest me what to feed the 7 month old baby

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist5 days agoA. dear parent, for your 7 months old baby, you can give foods like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, khichdi, dal rice with veg puree, fruit puree, curd, paneer, eggs, powdered nuts.
