hello my baby is 6 months old exclusively on breast feeding some times crying before urination or crying until urine is passed.. is there anything to worry.. do gastica drops work for burning sensation during urination.. plz advice

in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection for which urine report as well as urine culture needs to be done.
kindly take plenty of fluids tod drink to and maintain hygiene of the urinary area and contact your doctor for relevant examination and investigation
at the earliest x

keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake
apply coconut oil on baby lower abdominal area and gently massage in circular motion
if persists visit the doctor
