hello my baby is 5months old.. my baby weighs 6.4kgs.. but baby looks like a 3 month old baby.. baby weight is growing but body looks thin..

Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hello Do not see chubbiness as being healthy Best way to track if baby is growing properly is by plotting height and weight periodically on a growth chart. growth chart is recommended by WHO to measure baby's growth
