Hello my baby is 5 months 1 day...from last one month I am giving similac advance 1 but from last week he is constipated... difficult in passing stool...plzz suggest some remedies or can I switch similac to nan Pro? and one more should I start some liquid to him e.g dal water? please help

If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
