hello my baby is 5 month old and I have started giving false water to her. what else I can give to her

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, It is recommended to give exclusive breastfeeding till 6 month dear. Please follow the same. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month and nuts once baby completes 1 year. Infact no need to give water as mother's milk contains more than 80% water in it.
