Q.

hello my baby is 4 weeks old and had started to feed constantly for 4-5 hours at a time in a day. is that norml? he is gaining 300 gm per week.

A. No 4 to 5 hours at a stretch would you really be maddening for your child should be taking feed for maximum 5 to 10 minutes or 15 minutes to top it all by the age of four weeks because that way whatever feed a child takes is more than enough but your child is definitely gaining good weight if it is 300 g per week that’s approximately 1200 g in a month which is an excellent wait
