hello.. my baby is 4 months old now... almost from 5-6 hours usne urine pass nhi kiya hai.. while sleeping.. is it normal or not..i am worried because he is suffering from hydronephrosis.. his kidney size is decreasing slowly but today i have noticed that baby ne urine pass nhi kiya hai 5-6 hours se while sleeping...

Although surgery is sometimes needed, in many cases hydronephrosis resolves on its own as a child grows, and surgery is not necessary. Essentially, hydronephrosis can be boiled down to a problem of urine flow.
