hello my baby is 4 month now . as her slow weight gain ..can i give her cerelac at this 4 month stage ? I have tried to give her formula for her weight gain. but she is not takeing it .. plz advise me what should I do for her weight gain .

A. Hello dear parent, we'll a baby should be double his birth weight at 6th month of age . So if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. Also baby should be active. Good luck and take care
