hello my baby is 4.5 month old , after 6 month what food products I will give ? can you plz send me the food chart with vitamins quantity .

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear From 6–8 months old, feed your baby half a cup of soft food two to three times a day. Your baby can eat anything except honey, which she shouldn't eat until she is a year old. You can start to add a healthy snack, like mashed fruit, between meals.
