HomeQuestions & AnswersHello, my baby is 3 months now and I feel that my breasts are not producing enough milk. i tried pumping and I see hardly few drops. and this happens mostly in the evening. rest of the time I see enough milk for the baby. i was thinking if I can also add top up feed. i.e milk powder. along with breastfeeding. can anyone suggest me the best top feed for babies?

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and jave shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day. have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. and also you can give baby similac formula milk too. take care
