Hello my baby is 22 months old and she sucks her thumb while sleeping and keep holding my hair and I’m dead frustrated because I don’t know what to do??? Please suggest some tricks and tips .. This is really concerning and I am feeling helpless

A. Hi mom This is just a habit and the baby will outgrow this habit as the baby grows up. so no need to worry. distract ur baby when holding hair Make him sleep by telling story, hold some toy in his hand etc. Take care and all the best
