hello my baby is 2.8 yrs and from yesterday onwards he is not that active we thought maybe due to sleepiness he is not that active but then his daadi asked him tummy me dard horha h and uske mind me wo fit hogaya hai.we consulted a dr and he checked and said isko fever h he gave medicine and better than yesterday but abhi b uske dimaag me chal rha h mere tummy me dard horha h and he is crying.what can be done in this scenario

A. yes, you may try to console him about it. in case give him some ajwain water. it will help him in case if he actually has any stomach ache. ok
