Q.

hello my baby is 2.5 yrs old....she speaks many words n also sings rhymes she can understand commands responds to her name but shes not speaking in sentences yet n she never makes eye contact with unfamiliar faces so is it a kind of concern my paediatrician says to take her to developmental centre n yes m not ok with it kindly suggest....

A. may not be a problem some babies may be having stranger anxiety they may not be mixing and having eye contact with strangers continue to interact more with the baby
