Hello, my baby is 2.5 months old and he got rashes all over his body and face. how to take care of the baby's skin as it's extremely hot now. can he be bathed in purifier water twice a day without soap?

A. Dressing him in light cotton clothing . Bath in lukewarm water. It’s best to avoid soap, because this can irritate your child’s skin. You can also put calamine lotion on the rash.. ok
