Hello,my baby is 2.2 years old his weight is 10 kg he offenly gets fever he also done with all blood test everything is fine the only thing is he gets infection soon so he gets viral fever said by doctor.when he sleeps his body temperature will be very heat if I check temperature would be 99% after sometimes temperature would be fine what is reason why it happens plz suggest

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Keep your baby hydrated and healthy all day. Good luck and take care.
