hello, my baby is 1year n 1 month old, from few days he is not eating anything ,if he had also only little ,he always ask for only breastfeeding,today I observed his poop like yellowish white color.may I know the reason for it?

A. the baby is not taking food properly and if you feel that the Aisa yellow probably baby can be having done this it is better to consult a doctor for examination of the baby
