hello...my baby is 18 month old now and i want to stop breastfeeding.. from tommorow i didnt breast feed her but it is very painfull experience..my breast are full of milk and looks heavy and painful what should i do?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. please continue breastfeeding atleast till completion of two years.. baby is very small and won't be able to stay without. so do hot fomentation and remove all milk and continue breastfeeding again

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Taking a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for pain.Applying warm compresses to the breasts before feeding, or taking a hot bath.Applying cold compresses (such as bags of frozen peas) after feeding.
