hello, my baby is 17days old, she is passing stool which is semi solid, but it is very painful for her, now what to do?

A. most of the time crying before defecation is normal . newborns and infant don't know how to initiate urination and defecation so they do strain too much causes pain and baby start crying .

A. If it is very painful for the child then you please consult the doctor has there could be one percent chance of a stomach infection or irritation to the child when your child is passing a motion so let’s just take it this way you should consult your paediatrician ASAP for thisWrite Your Answer Here
