morning 8-8:30am- messed banana -1
9:30-10:00 am- purrie- dalia, rice, apple, carrot or paneer. salty - add potato some times
take a nap
after 2:5 hours - curd
after 1 hour- purrie - dal, dalia
after 2.5 hour - milk
after 1.5 hour - ragi fruits ceralac.
8:30 -9:00 dinner- dal with sooji, fried sometimes, salty or sweet
milk at bed time
