hello, my baby is 16 month old. he is underweight. birth weight was 2.5kg and height was 48cm. now weight is 8.5 kg and height is 74cm. he is active. catch all the things trying to walk. how I can increase the weight.

A. veer chhillar 16 months 8.5kg/ 74cm daily routine morning 8-8:30am- messed banana -1 9:30-10:00 am- purrie- dalia, rice, apple, carrot or paneer. salty - add potato some times take a nap after 2:5 hours - curd after 1 hour- purrie - dal, dalia after 2.5 hour - milk after 1.5 hour - ragi fruits ceralac. 8:30 -9:00 dinner- dal with sooji, fried sometimes, salty or sweet milk at bed time

A. Give healthy diet. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
