hello my baby is 13 months old I give her every night besan milk means 1tsp ghee 1/2tsp besan and 200ml milk 1tsp sugar and in dinner my baby always demandend macaroni is it OK plz suggest me

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom besan have a tendency to cause gas issues , macaroni is not a very ideal food though to be given on a daily basis they won’t be able to chew it well .. try to give other variety of foods also
