hello, my baby is 13 months old he is not interested in eating any type of food and always show like vomet feel. what should I do?

U Should get a check for the deficiency of multivitamin sometimes a lot of times we have seen rather when the child is suffering with the nutritional deficiency they have these kind of an issue so I think it’s the same with your child as well it’s important for you to get a check with your doctor ones
